Return & Refund Policy
At MichPrints, we want you to love what you ordered—almost as much as we loved making it. But if things didn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns.
Need to Return Something?
No problem! We accept returns on all our products—tees, totes, mugs, stickers, you name it—as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Condition, Please!
Tried it on and changed your mind? Totally fine. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in clean, undamaged condition when you send it back. (We love a good test-wear, but we can't take back anything that's stained, ripped, or looking like it just ran a Tough Mudder.)
Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method—no exchanges, no store credit, no funny business.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is on you, babe. We’re a small shop, and we can’t cover that cost—unless there’s a rare exception, which we’ll consider case by case.
A Few Things We Don’t Refund

Lost or delayed packages: Once it’s in Canada Post’s hands, it’s out of ours. If your order’s missing in action, please reach out to them directly to file a claim.

Color/print quirks: Our tees (especially those buttery Comfort Colors) have a naturally lived-in look. Slight print or dye variations are totally normal—and part of their charm. These aren’t defects, they’re character.

Custom items: Not applicable—we don’t sell personalized products (yet!).
Wrong Size?
It happens! If you picked the wrong size, no shame. As long as the item’s in good condition, we’ll gladly take it back for a refund.
