At MichPrints, we’re all about getting your goodies to you fast, safe, and fabulous. Here’s the lowdown on how we ship your order with love.
Where We Ship
Right now, we’re only shipping to Canada and the United States. We’re working on going global, but for now, we’re keeping it cozy and crossing our fingers for future adventures.
Local Pickup
Live nearby? We now offer free local pickup in Calgary! Just choose Local Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email with the details.
Please wait for that email before stopping by, and have your order confirmation handy when you arrive.
Processing Time
We’re quick, but we’re not magicians. Orders typically ship in 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is ready to roll, we’ll send it off and keep you in the loop.
Shipping Methods
We trust Canada Post for our Canadian shipments with Expedited Parcel, and for our U.S. friends, we use Tracked Packet USA. No surprises here—you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can track your treasures in real-time.
Shipping Costs
We like to keep things simple and fair:

Packaging
Our packaging is as simple as it is effective. All our wearables and tote products are sealed in a garment bag to keep them dry, safe, and looking fresh. We don’t add extra fluff, just the essentials to get your order to you in perfect condition.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to get your order out on time, but sometimes Mother Nature or those pesky holidays get in the way. If Canada Post lets us know about any delays (weather, holidays, or their annual coffee break), we’ll give you a heads-up. For all the juicy tracking updates, just use your tracking number and contact Canada Post directly. They’re the real MVPs when it comes to getting your package across the finish line.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We hate when things go missing or get messed up in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, file a claim with Canada Post. Once that’s sorted, hit us up if you’re dealing with damaged goods, and we’ll look into a possible replacement. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, so we’ll be in touch.
